Renting the Raygun out for your next birthday, team building or work event is fast and easy. Our space rents by the hour for a minimum of three hours. 1/3 of your rental fee is due at the time of reservation to hold the space, 2/3 of your rental fee is available as a tab for your guests to purchase all of their drinks, snacks and arcade play with. Our space seats 40 and can fit up to 60.
We have three pricing tiers for our rentals;
Weekday afternoons from 2 – 5pm, $200/ hour ($200 deposit, $400 tab)
Weekday nights and weekend afternoons, $300/ hour ($300 deposit, $600 tab)
Friday and Saturday nights, $600/hour ($600 deposit, $1200 tab)
If in the unlikely event your guests go over their tab during your event, the overage will be applied to your balance due at the end of the event. If you rent the space, you are welcome to bring in your own decorations and outside food and drink, except hard liquor unless you purchase your own banquet permit and bring it with you. If you would like us to provide our hot sandwiches to your guests during your event please let us know how many guests we should expect so we can ensure that we have enough sandwiches on hand to serve them all.
