With the return of the dream team of Dominic and Aric and our nearing of the three years that I always said it would take to finish this place, it’s time for us to finalize our final two Kickstarter infrastructural stretch goals (a coffee shop and a full bar) and get this thing all wrapped up and working like a champ!
Coffee Shop
After having had such a positive experience working with the LTD Gallery, we’ve decided that we’d like to partner with someone from outside with experience and enthusiasm to bring in an espresso operation and are looking for the right fit. If you know someone that you think would be right for this opportunity, please let them know.
Full Bar
Given the unexpected zoning changes we experienced and the transition that we went through from a 21+ dedicated tavern space to an all ages retail space with a food and drink component, we can’t quite have the full bar that we’d initially envisioned. Buuut, with the help of our new celebrity bar advisor, Ken Gray, we’re going to go ahead and build a Soju bar.
The implementation of this new bar will be incremental and begins this weekend alongside our first ever Popup Pancake Griddle from 10am – 4pm this Saturday and Sunday.
So come on out, get yourself one of Juice‘s amazing pancakes and try one of our new cocktails this weekend. You’ll be thrilled and delighted that you did!
